Suspension of the Publication
In case of delayed or missing payment of the renewal fee or of possible additional
orders that make express reference to this contract, the publication of the material will
be suspended.
Suspension of the Publication for Technical Causes or Force
Majeure
In case of suspension of the distribution on Internet, for technical reasons or force
majeure, for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours, the period of publication will be
extended by a number of days equal to the double of number of days of continuous
suspension.
Responsibility of the Content and Correctness
For the duration of the present contract the Customer agrees to the publication of the
material (texts, images, trade-marks) provided by himself and introduced in the net in
form of files or electronic documents. The Customer must be owner of the rights over the
material or must obtain from the legitimate owners the agreement to use and to publish
such material.
The Customer is aware that he has the total responsibility of the content and the
correctness of the information provided by himself and he is also aware of the existing
prohibition to furnish, through the public net of telecommunications, information and
performances contrary to the public order and morality.
AXU s.r.l. reserves the right to itself, without beeing obliged, to suspend temporarily or
definitively the publication in contrast with the present article or other laws.
Technical site management
The Customer declares to be aware that the technical management of the site will
remain responsibility of AXU s.r.l.
Various items
A - The present contract has a validity of 365 days and it is considered renewed for
an additional period of 365 days in lack of written communication of withdrawal, sent at
least 30 days before the expiration of the present contract.
B - AXU s.r.l. reserves the right to itself to vary unilaterally, in whatever moment and
without warning, either the rates or the terms and conditions of the present contract;
however the Customer will have the right to withdraw from the present contract within 30
(thirty) days from the moment in which he will receive advice of variation: in this case
he has the right to a reimbursement proportional to the period of subscription not used.
C - This contract is based on and subject to the laws of the Italian Republic.
D - For any controversy it is competent the Court of Milan.
E - This contract cannot be transferred.
